Return Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES:

  • Items purchased online that fall under the below guidelines may be returned IN STORE ONLY.
  • We will not issue return labels.
  • Items may be returned to either store location for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.
  • All guidelines for In Store purchases also apply to Online Purchases.
  • If you receive your online order and need another size, we suggest contacting store ASAP to check availability and hold the size you need. (NOTE: We will only be able to hold the item to be exchanged until the end of the business day.)

IN STORE PURCHASES:

  • Items must be returned within 10 business days of purchase.

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE. We do not issue refunds.

  • Store Credits will be issued in the form of an E-gift card which will be texted or emailed to customer as well as printed on a receipt. Just as with a physical gift card, store will not have a record connecting the card to customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain record of E-gift cards.

  • All tags must still be attached to items.

  • Receipt must accompany return.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.

  • Items that appear to be washed, worn, exhibit creasing, makeup stains or deodorant marks (indicative of ‘wear’), smell of perfume, body odor or cigarette smoke or appear covered in pet hair WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Sales are FINAL ON:

    • JEWELRY

    • SALE ITEMS

    • SHOES

    • SHAPEWEAR

    • FRAGRANCES & LAUNDRY DETERGENT

    • SUNGLASSES

    • ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A COUPON, DISCOUNT OR TEMPORARY SALE

NOTE: It is the customer’s responsibility to become aware of a store policy prior to purchase if there is any possibility of return. We post our policy at checkout counter, on receipt and on website. Employees will not be held accountable to discuss return/exchange policy verbally at checkout. Store credit only policy is standard policy for many small retailers.
